Inside and Outside – Glass Creations of the Bystro Design Atelier

The summer months at the Pavilion of Glass will offer an exhibition displaying the works of two Czech artists of the middle generation, Dagmar Pánkova and Leoš Smejkal from Kamenický Šenov, who are artists at the Bystro Design Atelier. The exhibition will begin on Thursday June 15th and end on Sunday September 18th, 2016. Both artists are considered leading European glass artists. Nature is often the inspiration for their creations and designs. There are often flowers blossoming or growing leaves on the vases and the glass is also often connected with wood and so on. Visitors to the exhibition will also find other artifacts – vases with a strict geometrical impression or magical playful pillows made of silvered glass. This exhibition is yet another summer event in which the Pavilion of Glass is exhibiting contemporary glass artists. The exhibition in the garden also provides an unrepeated atmosphere.
